PM 5 and PM 4.6.9 both appear to be very compatible with Mac OS X 10.9 in our testing with pre-release builds of the new OS.  We haven't tested the full release version yet, but we don't expect any issues.

Though I always recommend letting other people upgrade and report bugs to Apple.  Wait for 10.9.1...
