Magic Mouse / MacBook Pro trackpad major issue in Preview window

I'm having major problems with Photo Mechanic when using Magic Mouse or the trackpad on my MacBook Pro (Retina). The issue is that scrolling, both horizontal and vertical, within the Preview window of Photo Mechanic is just far too sensitive. It's basically unusable. The Magic Mouse is worse than the trackpad, but both are problematic when scrolling is enabled at the system level. I have been using these tools for about a year now, and PM is the only app in which I have a significant issue.

Can you guys address this with some preference tweaks?

You have a much older thread on this, so I'm not the only one noting this.

I should add:

This problem exists across various system versions. It's as much an issue on my Snow Leopard Mac Pro (with Magic Mouse) as it is on my Mountain Lion laptop, on which I alternate between MM and trackpad.

PM version:  5.0, build 15011 (54772e6)

Have you tried lowering the Scroll Wheel sensitivity in the Preview Preferences?

If not, I'd begin there to try and solve your problem.

Thanks. That does seem to help. I thought I had read all the preferences at least twice. I don't know how I missed that!
