When I click Upload - I get this error - I've uninstalled & restarted & reinstalled 2 time still same error.

PM was running slowly today, just color coding took a few seconds per image - (I edited about 10000 images in the past week deleting a large number) so I ran CCleaner to let it clean up & empty the recycle bin . it did work much better though not as fast as normal - when I finished my days edit and tried to upload I got this error. I've attached the report
