Sorry if this is the wrong place for such things, but I tried emailing support several days ago and haven’t heard back yet.
I have just done a fresh OS install on my computer. I reinstalled PM but it won't let me register. I get the following error:
"The registration information was rejected for the following reason: We can't find this License Key in our system. Would you like to access your account to verify your license details?"
I logged into my account, but it only shows the license I bought back in 2009, and does not show the new license I bought in 2012.
Please let me know how to proceed.
