Crop tool doesn't work with touch in build 15277

I just updated to build 15277 and it appears this update breaks touch with the crop tool. In the prior build I had (sorry, I don't know which one it was ) I was able to use my finger on my touchscreen to draw the crop region on the photo. It was *awesome*. Now it doesn't work anymore

Can you please bring it back? It made cropping my photos a joy and a breeze!

To my knowledge no changes were made to the crop tool in PM 5 build 15277.  Build 15277 did add gesture support for Surface tablets though.  Is there some setting you can set to make things work more like a Surface tablet?

My laptop is basically a Surface tablet. It's a laptop with a touchscreen running Windows 8.1, same as a Surface Pro would be. I can go dig out my Surface Pro later today and see how it works there.

There's another bug with the crop tool in this build as well: I have to crop twice to make it work. The first time I draw the crop region it doesn't apply. The second time I draw it the crop sticks. This happens on two different touch laptops with build 1577, and happens on every image.

I confirmed the crop tool no longer works with touch in build 15277 on a Surface Pro. Rolling back to 15077 works and the crop tool works with touch.
