I updated PM5 to 15077 back in January.  On March 31st, I updated to 15419 and ran it ok.  Today, upon starting PM, I was notified that I need to register it.  Entering my registration info, I was informed that the license is invalid.  Checking the web site, it states that my update license has expired.  Mt account says I was eligible for upgrades until 2013-08-13.  I haven't been considering the minor updates that have been announced to be 'Upgrades" and the fact that I installed 15077 in 2014-01 would seem to be consistent with that understanding. I would not have installed 15419 if I had known it would effectively invalidated my license.

I uninstalled PM 15419 and reinstalled 15077, but the license is still declared invalid.

What are my options for getting PM up and running again?  I would happily stay with 15077 for now.

Your date of "2013-08-13" would include every update to PM 5, even the most minor ones.  I don't know why it would declare your current activation invalid, but the folks at the sales department should be able to get you going again (don't worry, they won't ask you to pay anything.)

You can email them at sales@camerabits.com or call them at +1 503-547-2800.  In the meantime you could begin a trial/demo.

Thanks, Kirk.  It turns out that my records for my registration incorrectly showed my name without my middle initial.  All is now well.
