Pixelated / Low Res Slideshow
« on: July 10, 2014, 03:24:41 AM »
Hey Fellow PM users.
I got an issue with my Slideshow when viewing pics.

When i view my pictures in the preview display it shows the images in perfect resolution / quality.

However...
When viewing them in the slideshow, the images (jpegs) suddenly are displayed in a very low quality. How do i change this?

I am using a Macbook, got the newest PM and tried almost everything now...

Hoping for some assistance.

What kind of MacBook do you have?  Does it have a Retina display?
What are your Caching settings, particularly your Memory Cache settings?

Do the images have crops on them?  If so, do you have your Preview settings set to "Enlarge photos to fit previews and slide shows"?  A small crop on an image when stretched to fit can indeed look pixellated.
