I noticed that when saving an image as TIFF, there is no option to save it as an LZW compressed image (nor ZIP, but not all software supports that compression so is less important, I think). Could this be added?
I have a couple of tiff images with corrupted meta data which Photoshop is unable to open. PhotoMechanic (and Preview) open it fine though, so I wanted to make use of PM's save as function to recreate the images. They are currently about 2.7MB, but when I save them in PM, they become about 4.5MB, a huge difference…
