PLUS metadata fields

What are the recommended Stationery Pad  fields for embedding:
1.  Textual license information, say from fotoBiz or PLUS;
2.  The Media Summary code for a Plus license;
3.  PLUS photographer id number.

The expectation is that a forgetful, confused editor, not in possession of PhotoMechanic,  will take the time to look at this if need be, probably in PhotoShop or LightRoom.
Caption and Keywords seem to be among the few fields that are most likely to accompany an image on its travels.

There are a number of fields that PM, PS, and LR share in common.  You could use any of them to tuck away that information.  But even better would be for PM to directly support all of the PLUS fields (there are dozens and dozens of them) but PM does not support all of the PLUS fields at this time.
