Cannot open PM

After updating my Mac recently, I can no longer open Photo Mechanic.  I keep getting the attached error (which is MUCH longer but obviously couldn't fit it all). 

This is so very frustrating.  Any ideas?

I also should mention that I have completely deleted photo mechanic and all preferences and tried to reinstall with no luck.

Melissa,

I don't know why the OS would be trying to link Photo Mechanic with those libraries.  Photo Mechanic does not use the PhoneNumbers or FaceCore libraries at all.

I suspect something was damaged by your OS upgrade.
