Limiting IPTC/XMP fields

Is there a way to not view IPTC/XMP fields that I'm not using. I want to speed up scrolling around to make entering data faster. I know about snapshots and use those. thanks Simon Wheeler

Simon,

Yes, you can completely customize the fields: You can hide them, relabel them, and change their size and the order in which they appear.  See the Accessibility section of the Preferences dialog.  There are two buttons that customize the IPTC dialogs (one for IPTC Info and one for the IPTC Stationery Pad.)
