IPTC fields not transferring

I Have 2 copies of PhotoMechanic 5 on 2 different Macs. On one the IPTC field transfers normally when opening in PhotoShop (version 13.2.5). In the other the fields arrive blank (Photoshop 12.1). All the PhotoMechanic preferences seem identical. What am I missing? Is there a difference in the PhotoShop interfaces?

Post JPEG screenshots of the IPTC/XMP Preferences settings from your two computers here.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your JPEG format screenshots.
