Problems with custom rosters

I'm having a problem building a custom roster and having it work in Photo Mechanic.  I think i'm following the instructions but it never works when I load it into Photo Mechanic.  Here's the one I just did and it doesn't work.  Any suggestions

Are you trying to use Code Replacement?  Your file uses the tab character between the first item (the code) and the next item (the replacement) for the first few lines, but then changes to separate the fields by using commas which is unsupported.

Please use a tab character between the codes and the replacement(s).
