Preview no longer works

 ???
A few days back my PM 4 crashed and I restarted after the crash. I though nothing of it, but now my Preview no longer works. I select an image and press Command+R or selected it from the menu and nothing happens.
Any ideas? I have re-installed the software CD twice with the same result. Please help.

I would try removing the preferences.  Sounds like you're on a Mac so the preferences file is in the Library/Preferences folder inside your home folder.  The file is named com.camerabits.photomechanic.plist and you can just move it out to your Desktop if you want to keep it.
