Last used folder not the choice when starting

I am using:
OSX 10.11
PM 5.0 build 16765

Since installing the latest OS and PM, when I open PM the default folder to open is not the last one I used, but the last one I used before I installed the new versions last week.

Default folder where?  When picking files/folders from various features?

No. When I open PM, it is the folder that it offers to open for me in the Open contact sheet dialog. (Show Open contact sheet dialog is my General | On Startup preference setting in PM).
