Moving colored files
« on: April 15, 2016, 08:52:41 PM »
I'm using PhotoMechanic 5.0 build 13778 on a Mac OX El Capitan, ver. 10.11.4
I'm copying photos using FTP. The source is also using PhotoMechanic so they do come across tagged and colored classed.
I do ingest photos. Is PM able to remove the color class before they are copied to my hard drive? Tagging is OK, it's only the color class I need to be concerned about.
Thanks !!

If you apply an IPTC Stationery Pad you can clear (set the color class to 'none') during Ingest.

Thanks, Kirk. That makes sense.
