PM stops rendering previews - shows gray box

Using PM build 17338 on WIN 10 (i7, 32Gb RAM, SSD+HD).

In the latest build I am having frequent problems with previewing files in PM. Without any special reason PM stops showing previews and shows only gray boxes. Although all previews were already rendered - I can go thru files many times but sometimes when I scroll the previews will go blank and do not return to normal on its own (restart of PM needed).

In meantime it hangs sometimes for minutes or all completely. Especially when I drag and drop a selection from PM to LR for import.

Had no such problems prior to the latest build.

Any ideas?

Thank you! I wrote the email to support since now the PM is hanging every 5 minutes... just when scrolling thru photos and selecting candidates. Just goes to Not responding and have to kill the task manually.
