CONTACT SHEET PRINTING

Is there a way to change the Header and Footer font size or the header and footer size in the print- contact sheet dialog box ?
I want a header and footer yet  maximize the the size of the images on the contact sheet print. Setting the page margins to "0"
still leaves about .5 inches of space for the header & footer.

No, there is no way to set the Header and Footer font size.  The largest font that will allow all of the Header and Footer text fit in the Header and Footer areas is automatically used.
