Incremental Ingest: Unable to create data cache

Hey Kirk,

Long time no speak... PM has been working smooth as silk until recently as I've been getting the following Ingest Error:

Incremental Ingest: Unable to create data cache at /Users/*username*/Library/Caches/Photo Mechanic/ingest/incremental/.  Incremental Ingest will not function.  Try reinstalling Photo Mechanic, or changing the cache location in Preferences.
Finished copying from volume "/Volumes/EOS_DIGITAL 1/".
Volume "/Volumes/EOS_DIGITAL 1/" has been unmounted and is safe to eject.

Try creating the folder yourself.  I expect that it will begin working again.
