"Unable to render" images
« on: January 18, 2017, 02:50:26 PM »
I have some images in folders I have imported that PM is unable to render; these are mainly .xmp and .mov files. I know there is a way to exclude these from showing but cannot for the life of me remember what I did in the past to eliminate these from view.

Any help?

Many thanks.

Annie,

The setting you're looking for is on the View menu:

View->Unknown files as proxies

Make sure it is unchecked.  Movie files may still show up since they're known file types.  XMP files are also known file types but they shouldn't normally show unless they've been orphaned (the image they're associated with has been deleted or renamed.)
