Tethering a Canon 1D X through PM

Hello, I am trying to tether my Canon 1D X to my MacBook Pro with OS 10.12.3 using a cable. Is there a way to import the raw files directly into a folder through Photo Mechanic 5? I am using Photoshop CS6. Thank you!

No, PM does not do direct tethering and camera control.  That said, if you can set your camera to write images to a folder on your Mac, you can browse that folder or use Live Ingest to process them.
