Lexar XQD not Auto-Ingesting

Is anyone else have issues ingesting Lexar XQD 2933x cards? I'm using 2 cards in two different cameras and more often than not, they aren't Auto-Ingesting so I have to manually eject the cards and insert them again. I seem to think it's an issue with the card and the Lexar reader and not PM?

I have 3 Sony and 1 Lexar XQD 2933x 32GB card and haven't noticed any problems with the Lexar card. Running Windows 10.

I don't it is the XQD cards per say since it has happened with my CF cards as well using the Lexar Pro readers. I have had to unplug readers and plug back in, I've had to reboot computer also. MacBook Pro Sierra 10.12.3
