Device make and model

I'm new to Photo Mechanic and IPTC or EXIF data stuff. I see in Finder that it shows Device Make and Device Model, but I don't see where that is set or how to change it from Photo Mechanic. Is that something I can set?

The make and model are part of the metadata of the file and is set by the camera. You can not change this with PM (nor should you want to as it can lead to all sorts of problems, especially with raw files since the interpretation of the raw data is make and model dependent).
