A7RIII Raw Viewing

I'm using PM 4.6.9 on Windows 10. Sony A7RIII raw files only include a low-resolution JPG preview, so I want to view the RAW file by pressing 'q'. But, pressing 'q' doesn't do anything.

Any solution?

Converting to DNG is the only option.  The Windows version of PM 4.x and 5 doesn't support RAW rendering.
