Same picture for more than one client

Dear all,
I shoot pictures at a sports event and need the pictures for two different clients. The clients have different IPTC templates.
So far I apply the IPTC template for the first client, add the players to the description field. Then I copy all pictures to a new folder load the second IPTC template and add all the players again.
Is there a better, more efficient way to do this?

I have the same situation, not sure about yours but for me the only thing that changes in my iptc is the client name everything else stays the same.  After I do all the captions etc in the 1st set I copy the needed photos to 2nd client folder.  I have created a find and replace snapshot that finds 1st client name and replace it with 2nd client name. All other info is untouched and I don’t have to input players again. Hope that helps.

Thank you for explaining your approach. I have several fields to change. But I will think about search and replace.
