Problem with external hard disk...

Hello, I'm trying the software in trial mode.

I have the new iMac 27'' and I need to use also external drives with the pictures.

The software is working pretty good with the folders in the internal hard disk, but doesn't recognize the external drives.. it's possible only see the name of the drive but can't navigate into the folders.. why?

I have "Paragon NTFS" software because some of mine hard disks are formatted with NTFS system.. maybe is this the problem?

Very likely yes.  I'll purchase that software and give it a try.  If I can get PM to work reliably with it then we'll support it.

I have added support for NTFS-formatted disks mounted via Paragon NTFS in this build of Photo Mechanic 5:
