DNG Ingest

Did anything ever come of the idea of being able to automatically create DNG files when ingesting Nikon NEFs? It was discussed on this forum several years ago . . . did I miss something since then?

No.  The only tool we have available is the Adobe DNG Converter and it is slow and cumbersome.  It is better at converting a folder full of images than it is at converting a single file.  We do offer a "Convert RAW to DNG" command on the Tools menu, but this is post-ingest.
