Smugmug uploader does not get authorization on PM 6

Trying to authorize smugmug uploder for the first time on my Macbook Air.  Although the number comes up, the window to input the number appears empty.

 Somebody with the same problem?

I was able to authorize Smugmug and enter the code, in fact just got done uploading photos to Smugmug using the PM6 uploader

I was successful with my Windows computer, however I am still having the problem with my mac laptop.

I'd like to see your Photo Mechanic log.  In Photo Mechanic go to the Help menu and choose "Reveal Support Data..." and moments later a Finder window will come forward with the zipped log file selected.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your zipped PM log file.

There may be a problem with the nickname on your SmugMug account, containing characters that are no longer allowed for the Site URL setting.

In your SmugMug Account settings page, please remove any non-alphanumeric characters from the Site URL field and reauthorize the SmugMug uploader in Photo Mechanic.

For new accounts, SmugMug won't allow any Site URL with spaces or non-alphanumeric characters, with the exception of a dash. Your Site URL, or nickname, can only have letters, numbers or dashes (-) in it, and can't start with a dash.
