The list of categories (dropdown) shows empty space at the top or bottom and extends from the top to the bottom of the screen. This is way to big and empty space looks really weird.
Whether or not the empty space is show and whether or not it is at the top or bottom depends on the original item of the dropdown. Attached screenshot should illustrate this.
Note too that in case the empty space is at the bottom, no triangle is shown at the top to indicate more items are available there…
