Can't Open New Recent Window

Using PMPlus build 3029 in Mojave 10.14.4.

If I close all of the contact sheets so that only the PM Menu Bar remains, then try to Open a Contact Sheet or reopen a Recent Contact Sheet using that File Menu item, the sheet does not open. I must first create a New Window to get any contact sheets to open.
