Tags disappear from images
« on: April 06, 2007, 05:49:14 PM »
Hello:

I was tagging files then jumped to another folder to tag some more then came back to the original folder and the tags were gone.  I tried this multiple ways and the tags continue to disappear.

Am i doing something wrong?

Thanks!

JC

I don't know.  Do you have write access to the files?  Where was this folder located on your system?
What OS are you running?
What version of Photo Mechanic are you running?

I need more information to answer your question.

Hey Kirk:

The files are normal files in my documents folders as usual.  I am on a Mac using OSX and the files are from a Nikon D70. Maybe that info helps?

Thanks!

JC,

Version 4.4.3.3. and I do have all access to the files.

Are you modifying the files outside of Photo Mechanic before you view them again?
