Star/color-rating not accessible in "View crop" mode

Hi!

I've noticed that I cannot rate pictures (with stars nor colors) while previewing them in "View crop" mode. It would be great if it was possible.

This is by design and won't be changed.

That's too bad – I understand that it's a feature not a bug, but some features can be changed I'm sure having the possibility to rate pictures while in "View crop" mode would be an enhancement to PM.
