Structured Keyword Question: Sort Order in Filter and Browse Panels

Kirk,

I'm using structured keywords, and my question is how they sort in the IPTC category in the Filter and Browse panels.

I have
          xxxx | yyyy | 01-2020 Place

that appears before
          xxxx | yyyy | 08-2019 Place
          xxxx | yyyy | 09-2019 Place

Is there a reason why the 2020 date sorts above the 2019 dates? This is not unique with the new 4257 release. I'm getting around it by using a yyyy-mm format, but would like to go back to using mm-yyyy format.

Because it isn't using a numerically sensitive comparison.  It's a simple letter by letter comparator and 01 comes before 08, no matter what follows the 01.
