I'm sure this has been discussed many times but searching the forum does not give me an answer...

I mainly shoot stadium sports, wiring images direct from PM for editorial use.  Having cropped and rotated in PM I then need to adjust exposure and contrast but not much else, so can you suggest the most effective photo editor for this sort of work please?

I've been using Camera Raw which works OK but I still feel there must be a better option out there.  I shoot in jpeg, if that makes any difference.

Please do feel free to point out a previous post, if this has been covered before!

Since you're shooting JPG and only really need to change exposure and contrast, any (basic) editor would suffice, Camera Raw (or Photoshop,or Lightroom) is overkill in this case. What platform are you on?

I’m using Windows on a laptop.  I know that most apps are overkill for my needs, what I am looking for is the most efficient integration for simple edits into PM.

Would love to know your thoughts.  I’ve not found anything better than ACR...

Recently, I went to Photoshop Elements. There is a Quidk Menu that would fit your needs. I shoot only jpg as well.
Thanks,
Chuck
