Tagging causes end of file error...

Here's a strange one that I think PM (4.4.3.2) is causing.
When I shoot only RAW files on a Canon EOS 1D and then tag a  file, I then get an end of file error.  The file is fine when before it is tagged.
Untagging after inital tagging will not remove the problem 

Any ideas?

OK.... more info: this ONLY happens when "Render RAW for preview if possible" is turned on.

Please download and install PM 4.4.3.3 and try again.

You need to upgrade to 10.4.9.  There was a bug in Apple's ImageIO for 1D TIFF files that have been modified which Apple fixed in 10.4.9.  Let me know if this doesn't fix the problem.

But I would still update PM to 4.4.3.3 (or even 4.5).
