Delete problem in Preview when opened from Browse tab

Windows 10, PM+ 4826

1. Open photo in Preview from the Browse tab
2. Delete the photo
3. The photo is deleted
4. The next photo is briefly shown and then jumps to next photo.

This does not happen when opening the Preview from a normal navigator tab.
