When adding multiple fields to Spotlight Search, the left hand drop-down list is often missing. Usually playing around with some of the other drop-down lists will cause the missing ones to appear (although sometimes only partly).

That's a base-PM feature.  I'll put it in our tracking db for PM, but just to be clear, the results you get from those searches won't likely be the same as the results you'll get from the Catalog feature of Photo Mechanic Plus.
