Bug in unselecting a color

Hi all,

Let's say I choose all pictures with a certain event and UNselect the pictures with a red color (upper right corner) and then switch to another event all pictures with a red color are shown but the button red keeps unselected (black).
That looks like a bug: changing a selection should not select the pcitures with a red color OR the button should be unselected (so that is it red again).
