External HDD not showing in PM 6

Using Photo Mechanic Plus Version 6.0, build 6784 (409cf99) on MacBook Air. 16 Gb Ram and version 13.4 IOS. Updated today to latest version.

PM6 not showing images on external HDD. Tried system First Aid but did not solve the problem. Images appear ok on iOS system so suspect PM6. External drive is new and plenty of space (2 Tb, 197 Tb free)

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Here are some steps to take that should solve this problem.

1. Quit out of Photo Mechanic 6.
2. Open up the macOS System Settings and go to "Privacy & Security".
3. Select 'Full Disk Access'
4. Select the toggle to the right of "Photo Mechanic 6". (if Photo Mechanic is not in the list, select the + sign at the bottom of the list and add it from the Applications folder)
5. Enter your administrator password to be able to make changes.
6. Close the System Settings window.
7. Restart Photo Mechanic.
