Focus Points added to PM
« on: February 07, 2008, 11:00:28 AM »
Hello,
Is it possible in the future to have Focus Points added to the program like Breeze Browser Program ? It is very helpful when trouble shooting focus issues on the Canon.
Thank you.

I've got it on my wish list but I don't have a time for completion for you.

That would be a HUGE help for me. Great when it comes to analyzing problems with focusing issues.

I would really like focus points for Nikon. The data is there and readily readable by other applications like ApolloOne. I would be willing to have the focus point burned on the preview for speed. I.e. to get rid of the focus points would require a full regeneration of preview images.

I say this as ApolloOne is quite slow to move between images compared to either FRV or Photo Mechanic. Speed (as you advertise) is important for sports photo sets.
