acr file displayed with thumbnails

Howdy!
Apologies if this question has already been answered. Running PM Plus on iMac w/M1 and the acr file now produced by ACR14 is displayed with the thumbnail. This is not the case with my MacBook Pro which is not a M1. The settings in my Preference are all the same.

Any way to make the acr file disappear from the lighttable?

Yes.  On the View menu uncheck the "Unknown Files as Proxies" menu item.
