It is possible to use negative filters (exemple : all photos whithout a specific keyword) ?  I tried different syntax but without success.

Not with the Keywords filter, but you could create a Custom Search filter and use a query like:

keywords is not "specific keyword"

I would also like it because it is painful to ask to eliminate a dozen keywords. Writing a long custom search filter on a raw in a small column is not easy.
