Can't View Eos R5 Images

I am running Photo Mechanic Version 6.0, build 6245 on Mac OS Monteray.

I'm unable to see my R5 images - my R images are fine.

These are RAW files.

I've searched but can't find anything on the forum, sorry if I've missed something.

Any thoughts please?

Hello there. Do you have HDR PQ mode turned on in your R5?   If so, that may be the reason. You can see this thread for info: http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=13226.msg65014

If that is indeed the problem, your options for the time being would be a) don't enable that setting or b) convert files to DNG for PM to show them

Thanks Mike, I have it on as it's a requirement to enable the HEIC/HEIF for my second card.

At least I know the issue now and hopefully it'll be addressed soon.
