Possible bug: IPTC Headline field cannot be seen or disabled in IPTC Template

Howdy,
I customized the IPTC Template to suit my needs. However, one of the fields "Headline" does not show as one of the fields in the Metadata (IPTC) Template!
Edit - Preferences - Accessibility - Metadata (IPTC) Template

However, this "headline"-field does show up in the Metadata (IPTC) Template. (See picture showing the text: THIS CANNOT BE DELETED)

The bizarre thing is that the "Headline"-field does show in the Metadata (IPTC) Info page and it can be either selected as True or False.

Any idea how to disable this "Headline"-field on the Metadata (IPTC) Template page?

The Headline field shows up for me in the Customize Metadata (IPTC) Info dialog on both macOS and Windows.  You might try using the "Restore Defaults" button to see if it comes back (make a snapshot of your current settings first though.)  If that doesn't help, contact our support folks:
