Upgrade cost from PM 5

I purchased my license of PM in Sept., 2018, and just upgraded my MAC OS from 10.14.6 to 13.2. Your website says, "If you purchased your Photo Mechanic version 5 license after Jan 1, 2018, you would be eligible for a free upgrade to Photo Mechanic 6. Therefore an upgrade from Photo Mechanic version 5 to Photo Mechanic Plus would be $90." When I log in to purchase my upgrade to PM+, the only option available o me is the full purchase price of $229. Am I missing something? I rely heavily on PM for my work and want to resolve this quickly. Thank you very much.
