Not unmounting after Ingest

I'm using Photo Mechanic Version 6.0, build 6738 (5753775) and Mac OS Venture 13.2.1 and have the Unmount Source Disk After Ingest checked but the CF Express card does not unmount.

We tested with our CF Express card and reader on macOS Monterey and Ventura and it unmounted after Ingest as expected. Is this a new problem? Did it used to work for you with the card and reader combination that you are experiencing this issue with? If you choose "Unmount" on that card from the Ingest window, does it successfully unmount?
