Lost my structured keyword list

Very new to the program.

I bought Photo Mechanic Plus and enjoy but I wonder if I have deleted something by mistake.

The structured keyword list is now gone.  Can I get it back?

That depends on how it was deleted or if you made a backup. The Structured Keywords are located at the following path:

/Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/com.camerabits.PhotoMechanic/StructuredKeywords_UTF-8.txt

If you make regular backups of your computer, you could locate that file in your back up and restore it to the current location on your computer.

That said, the screenshot you posted is not the default structured keywords, but ones that would have to have been entered by someone. Was this screenshot taken before you lost them?

The image that I posted -  I don't know where I got it.  Maybe it appears in the support material.

I found the keywords I lost.  I had backed it up (miracle).

I have attached the screenshot with the keywords shown.  This is the way it is supposed to be, isn't it?

For me, this issue is resolved.  We can close this case if you wish.

Far bigger issues-enjoy horsing around in Photo Mechanic Plus so much, eg. keywordings, culling, etc, which is surprisingly enjoyable, that I am not out taking photos.

Ah yes, the image you posted is indeed from the document about keywords. The newer image you posted is the default set of structured keywords. Glad that the issue is resolved for you.
