Error Metadata

Hi to you all!

I'm in the middle of an event, and i have a problem.

I'm using photomechanic plus  6.0, build 6784 with a macbook pro with mac os Ventura rel. 13.2.1

If a select more than one pictures to edit, i see only a popo up with 'Getting metadata 0/xx selected files' (xx is the number of files i select).

All blocked until i press abort button. So i have do process one file at time.

On the disk i currently have 82Gb free available.

Can you tell me something as soon as possible please?

I suggest closing unneeded tabs and see if that helps.
