The keyboard shortcuts are amazing. Code replacements and autocompletes are brilliant, as are the variables. I also like the find and replace function when working with IPTC. The Photoshelter uploader is important for me when I am shooting corporate and commercial pictures and it works really well. I could go on and give a very long list but I have things to do!
