We'll probably need more information to answer this definitively, but if the images were shot in HDR-PQ mode, take a look at this reply from MNeipris in this thread: https://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=16092.msg78535#msg78535

If not, can you tell us more about the files not working? What version of Photo Mechanic are you using?
